Hello! My name is Vicky and I have created 'Gaia and the girl', to sell hand-made spiritual items, that have been made from my heart.
It is also a place I want to share my love for Breathwork and Reiki.
They have helped me a great deal, and still do, through the ups and downs of life.
I wanted to pass these magic healing tools onto others.
Conscious connected breathwork is a healing modality to help us release emotions that have been buried down over time. If we do not let go of these, they can cause illness and dis-ease in our bodies.
