About me....

Hi!  I'm Vicky and I have recently set up 'Gaia and the girl' as my business. I work in film and tv making metalwork, jewellery and costume props.  However, I love all things spiritual and I also love making things.  So I have combined the two!

My angel wings came to life when I wanted a pair above my bed.  I believe in angels and I know we all have them guiding us, some people don't even realise.  My love turned into an idea of selling them.  They bring me so much joy to make and I have lots of ideas...so watch this space.

 

I am also a reiki healer.  I trained in Reiki healing 17 years ago when I had a big life wobble.  I went onto anti depressants but slowly realised these were just a short solution for me and so I looked into the more holistic approach to anxiety and depression.    I found Reiki healing and so began my journey on that path.  I have learnt a lot of ways to holistically help myself when I struggle mentally and emotionally.  Breathwork is now also one of those holistic tools in my tool box.  I discovered breathwork when I went to a 'rebirthing' breathwork session and then attended several 'conscious connected breathwork' sessions.  At one session I had the feeling wash over me that this is what I need to be sharing with others.  Here I am today, a conscious connected breathwork facilitator.  I recently trained and graduated with 'Seven Directions Breathwork'.  Which means I can hold space for people and guide them on their breathwork journey. 

I can understand exactly how people are feeling because I have been there and will most likely go there again,  however, I have the tools and understanding and can now pass these onto others.
