Conscious Connected Breathwork


Conscious connected breathwork is an amazing tool, purely using our own breath to
release any emotions or memories we are holding onto day to day or have buried down into our physical bodies over the years. 
If we hold onto the emotions/memories/trauma we haven't released, it can cause stress, anxiety and dis-ease in our bodies, making us poorly.  We can use the breath to release this trapped energy. 


I have recently graduated with 'Seven Directions Breathwork' to facilitate conscious connected breathwork sessions.  Both individual and group sessions.  Also same gender sessions for anyone interested. 

Vicky’s warmth and professionalism created a welcome and trusting vibe for our breathwork session. Her bespoke playlist really added to our experience. I felt enveloped and transported. I cant wait for the next session.
