Reiki
I had my first attunement in reiki healing (Usui lineage) 17 years ago. The meaning of reiki: Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy"
Its a magical healing session where I (the facilitator) am a conduit to transfer "life force energy" to the client. Throughout daily life our 'chakras' (energy centres throughout our bodies) get out of balance and we can feel
tired, stressed and out of kilter. Reiki helps balance mind, body, emotions and spirit; helping the client to feel effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
