Gaia and the girl Release and Waiver

* I acknowledge that Vicky Westgarth/Gaia and the girl is an Intuitive Energy Healer and is in private practice to provide mental/emotional/physical/spiritual support using Reiki healing.

* I understand that Vicky Westgarth/Gaia and the girl  is not a medical professional and that she neither practices medicine nor takes the place of medical treatments or evaluations when needed.

* I understand alternative healings are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for standard chiropractic, dental, medical, mental health, or psychotherapy treatment.

* I realize it is my responsibility and choice to continue ongoing medical treatment and therapies until otherwise advised by my primary care physician.

* I understand that it is essential to communicate closely with my primary care physician if I take medications.

* I understand that all sessions offered by Vicky Westgarth/Gaia and the girl have a no refund policy, individual healings are completed in exchange for the received payment.

* I understand that everyone’s session results will differ based on the issues and the completed healings. Results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person. She promises nothing as energy works on its own ability.

* I will not hold Vicky Westgarth/Gaia and the girl for any personal choices made after a healing session. 

* I understand my choices are solely my responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that exceptional circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to cancel. Please call or text me on 07912945604 to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.  You must call in advance to avoid being charged for the missed appointment.
